The used postage stamp does not have to be a US stamp but it does need to be a real used stamp!

Fun ATC swap! Had to sign up! My 88 yrs mom turned "Christmas Commander" right after Halloween. We discovered recently at our local stores, that sell Christmas cards, there are Christmas cards designed with special area for "gift card," etc. Interesting idea from the "CC" that one could send a Christmas card & attach or slip in Christmas ATC. Thanks mom!
