Squirrel Appreciation Day is January 21st.

Send some squirrel love to your two partners. The swap contents should be in an envelope, but they needn't be extravagant. Examples are a squirrel themed notecard, postcard, stickers, bookmark, diecuts, ATC, etc. Store bought or handmade. Include a note to your partner expressing your love for squirrels or a squirrel story. Decorate the envelope.

4.95 or higher. Non-rated newbies welcome. I will angel if needed.

On a personal note... I have created this swap to honor my mom, who passed away in July. She was a crazy squirrel lady. She had dozens of squirrels who called her yard home. They were her outdoor pets. :) Squirrels will forever remind me of her love and generosity.

Oh your mom sounds like mine! My mom fed the squirrels, too. She loved watching them. Of course, sometimes they stole things from the garden - one time she saw one stealing a bow that she had placed on the neck of one of her statues. :)

My grandparents have a giant bin of squirrel food in their Garage , and al the squirrels (we think 9-14 of them live on their rather small property!) and they feed them everyday! I like sitting at the window and watching them all flock to the feeder and eat till they can’t even nibble on one more peanut!

I had the honor of helping to raise 2 baby squirrels. We bottle fed them at first and then into cream of wheat and on to regular things that squirrels eat. They will hold and ear a cheerio like we do a donut. My swap partner will get photos of them and me feeding them the bottle.
