Description:
Do you have papers that you think are ugly. Lets take those ugly papers & turn them into an ATC that will turn those ugly papers into something not so ugly after all. I will be making mine the background. You can do whatever you want with this, just make sure your ugly papers show. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to your 2.5 X 3.5 ATC.
