For this swap, you will send 1 partner a hand drawn or hand painted RED POPPY themed ATC. You can use pastels, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, pens or inks. Then, you will HD/HP the envelope you are going to send it in. Do your best work. Envelopes should be standard sizes. No newbies for this one. You must have completed 30 type 3 swaps.
