Halloween Ribbon Tassel

I am currently creating ribbon tassels for another swap here on the Bot, and I thought, how cool to make a Halloween themed one.

So, here goes: For this swap, you will create one 6" tassel for 1 partner. The tassel must be made on a large jump ring or round metal circle and have a large clasp to be able to attach it to something. (lobster claws work really well for this)

Tassels must have at least 7 types of ribbon/lace (folded in half to create 14 strands) and feature at least one charm embellishment.
