Send an ATC and a flat surprise to your partner. This is free-themed, so you can create any kind of masterpiece you'd like, but please, no sticker slapping. A flat surprise can be anything that can be mailed in a flat envelope--papers, stickers, pc's, extra ATC's, ATC sleeves, used or new postage stamps, ephemera, notecards, tags and other crafty things. Be generous and do nice work.
