hey all - i really liked the idea of this swap from skunkass- so i figured i'd start another one so i can send out these lotto tickets i bought lol.
you will have 2 partners, you will buy 4 lotto tickets ($1 scratch off - in new/unscratched condition) send each partner - 2 lotto tickets to. Please send in a xmas card, so that it is concealed.

USA only please, i'm not too sure what to do if we won an int'l lotto... hehee

p.s. - please have a 4.7 or higher rating and no recent no sends... really don't want to be flaked on...

The first scratch ticket I ever bought was on a X-mas Eve and I won $500 . . here's to hoping my luck keeps coming!!!!

Just an odd question, but if someone receives a winning scratch ticket, how are they supposed to redeem it? Most scratch tickets can only be redeemed in the state in which they were purchased. If i send somone scratch tickets from Illinois, they could be million dollar winners or something, but the ticket can only be cashed in in Illinois. How would a partner i sent to get their money?

u should be able to sign the back and mail them in - for amounts less a certain amount (i believe like $500 or less - but don't quote me on that)... then again if you win a million dollars (LOL that would be awesome)... i think your trip to go redeem the ticket will be well paid for :)

however, i think for $1 scratch they get up to like $9,000 or so for winnings (i know my state doesn't offer huge cashouts for $1 scratches), but still i wouldn't mind this :)

In VA any scratch ticket can be redeemed if you sign it and send it in by certified mail, regardless of the amount.

I would make a trip across a few states even for $9,000 but some states offer higher amounts.
