I know I love to cook and adding new seasoning to the same old meat & vegies gets old. So in this swap, lets try and send 1 spice/seasoning packet to one partner. Let's make it something that may be native to your area. Like I know that Louisiana has some great cajun seasoning that you don't find in the major grocery store. It never hurts to add a different flavor, after all "variety is the spice of life"

I just want to mention for those that dont know...... Don't forget to fill out the customs declaration if your package is being sent to Australia. I've had so many packages of food seized because the declaration was not filled in.
