For this swap, make one ATC for one partner. The ATC should be whimsical, fun, and look like you had a lot of fun making it! No other requirements. Just whimsy and fun. Oh, and of course, decorate the envelope you send it in! This is a mail art group, which means anything sent through the mail must be pretty and make some postal people smile on it's way. Yes, I will angel, but I'd really rather not go through the hassle of booting flakers from the group!
