Let's make an ATC! This time, we're going with a collaged background, using a minimum of 5 layers/papers (think scrapbook paper, of course; doily; tissue paper; paper napkin; glassine (from a bag or envelope); fabric), and featuring a bird. Use your imagination and your supplies, and make something stunning for your swap partner!
