I thought this was a pretty neat idea...

Here's how it'll work: You'll have 2 partners. You buy each partner a $1 (ONE DOLLAR) scratch off, & stick it in an envelope, & mail it to your partners.. DO NOT SEND A PREVIOUSLY SCRATCHED CARD... send a NEW one to each partner! Maybe one of us will win it big! :D

If you have a scratch card from WI you have to collect any winnings in WI. What do you do if you win on a card that needs to be collected 1000 miles away?

no, you fill out the back of the card and mail it in to that states lottery office, they will send you a check even if it's only for a dollar

I just won $20 on a scratch off swap -- also won a 'free ticket' on that swap so I just sent it back to the gal who sent it to me. . . maybe she'll win too!!!

Way to go Tinker:)) I got my tickets today, but didn't win anything, darn, lol. Oh well, had fun scratching anyway:) The most I've ever won was $20 and that was all between 3 tickets bought at the same time. Wasn't that great, but certainly better than nothing, lol. Wow, traderkat....I would probably pass out if I won $50, much less $500, lol.
