Let's have some fun with this one! For this swap you need to pick a central vintage-y image and then add a hat and some wings to it. Your image can be a person, an animal, a cartoon character - use your imagination and make it fun. You will create two ATCs (2 1/2 by 3 1/2 on sturdy background), one for each of two partners. Sign up by May 20, swaps due on June 20th.
