MFF: 'Blue' Bird Tag

I do love the tags...I love making them, and I adore receiving them! let's make a beautiful blue tag (your bird does not have to be blue) four our swap partners...who knows, this might be the first in a color series! Let's go with a #8 tag, which is 6 1/4x3 1/8 inches. I make my own tags, using old manila file folders as my base. Make a beautiful blue-ish background, and tie with blue ribbons at the top. Cover the back with coordinating paper, and have a wonderful time creating something lovely!
