Absolutely NO international homers! I and other swappers have received international homers in past swaps so please check carefully!

1 partner, 1 established deco book that is a USA homer - no passers or new books for this swap, only established books. If you have a last pager, you MUST get your partner's okay AHEAD OF TIME to send a last pager.

Just to be clear: Is it okay for the person the deco is made for is outside the US as long as that deco is not a homer? I don't plan on sending a homer, but I want to make sure I am understanding the swap rules properly so that I may provide my partner an accurate rating. Thanks. :)

No, if a deco has an international home, it's considered an international deco and not a US deco. Only US home books are allowed, no matter where they are in the process.
