The other item must be a PC (if you sent a blank notecard) or a notecard (if you sent a blank PC) that you have written a note/short letter to your partner. Send a little smile and brighten someone's day. T The blank notecard OR blank PC must be commercially printed and no ad/freebie/charity cards.
