But it's just so boring to send and receive only tea, isn't it?
Here's how we fix that:

For this swap you need to do two steps before sending:
1) Pick 6 factory sealed tea bags of at least four different flavours. These can be according to your partners likes or sender's choice. Please just make sure you don't send people something they really don't want or are allergic to.
2) Craft a little "bag" with 6 pockets. I have just found this beautiful example and it comes with a video tutorial as well as with a step by step photo tutorial. This is really easy but oh so beautiful; of course the actual design is up to you. :)
