Our hearts can so easily feel bogged down in the midst of life and gratitude is the perfect heart reset! Let’s take a moment and think of what our heart has to be thankful for! THE CHALLENGE: Hand write a notecard or letter with 10 or more things you’re thankful for right now! THE ENVELOPE: Give your postal workers and partner something fun to look at by sending your mail in a decorated envelope (envelopes can be professionally printed/decorated or just grab a boring white envelope and spice it up with some doodling- the goal is to avoid the plain envelope.) | |
