Dear swappers . . . Time for the last in our Arctic Animals ATC series--this time for an ATC featuring an arctic hare. I love snow, just like the arctic hare! We had flurries 2 days ago and it was heavenly. Any other snow lovers? You may use a photo or illustration and please go with an icy blue/silver/white winter theme for your ATC.
