How I love mermaids! I have a few themes that I really, truly LOVE, and mermaids is one of those themes. So. Let's make a beautiful (or cute...the choice is yours) mermaid-themed ATC for our swap partners. As always, your ATC should be 3.5 inches tall at the peak, and 2.5 inches wide. Embellish beautifully, and have a wonderful time creating a beautiful mermaid ATC for your swap partner!
