For this swap you will create an ATC with the theme: your State. This is the state that you live in currently. For example, I will make an ATC with the theme Arizona. Decorate the envelope as well. The envelope could be decorated to coordinate with your ATC or it could be USA/State/Map generically decorated.

You decide how to decorate/layer it. Please put some time into it; No sticker slapping. Measurements: standard ATC size of 2 1/2" X 3 1/2"
