I am not sure how many of you still get a bulletin at church! We will see how this works!

Take a bulletin and cut it down to fit an envelope! Than add washi, stickers, ink stamping if you desire to create the look you want.

Inside, write a short note, enclose 1 flat item and send it on it's way!

Is the bulletin suppose to be the envelope?

Use it on the outside to make an Mail Art Envelope to send, but if you really wanted to you could make an envelope with another bulletin for your flat item for your partner to use to send mail at a different time.
