I noticed my tea chest is getting low so I figure it's time for some new tea. Simple swap. Three partners. Two tea bags. Sender's choice but I certainly think it's nice if you check your partner's likes/dislikes. Newbies with a well-filled out profile can join. For those that aren't newbies you can't have any 1s or 3s from the past year.
