What do you man by Christmas seal? Can you just send used Christmas postage stamps?

Yes, you can send used Christmas postage stamps. Christmas seals look like stamps - they're the same size, perforated, and gummed. They are typically given away by a charity such as the American Heart Association or World Wildlife Federation. The seals associated with Christmas can have wonderful, charming artwork and outdoor scenes. I believe their original use was to seal or decorate the back of an envelope.
