This is a US swap. 1 partner, 3 paper clusters featuring one or more snowflake, any colors! Do not use a sticker for the main design element. Your paper clusters should feature 3-4 layers and snowflake/winter themes and colors. Dig thru the stash bin and look at used postage stamps, rubber stamps, collage cut outs, punchies, hand drawn, etc. Don't make em too chunky - these should mail for 1 first class stamp!
