Is there any kind of guidelines for this swap? Are most people familiar with FBs and make Nice & Neat ones or are there a lot of newbies that just slap some postette notes together.

Sorry to bring it up, but I hate when I put a lot of time and effort into my FBs and then receive sloppy ones in return.

yes there are rules.. nicely made fbs for any of our swaps.. no slapping together a few pieces of paper.. those are considered to be sloppily made ones..

Rachel, just mailed the may theme fb swap.. sorry its coming late had expenses last week that prevented me from going to the post office
