For our first swap I'd thought I'd make it simple,you'll have one partner, check their preferences either in the group forum sticky or in the comments below, and buy them a souvenir or souvenirs they would really like, from where you live. Aim to spend around $5 and of course aim to please. Please send on time and communicate if your'e going to be late and of course rate when you receive your swap . What I would like most would be a deck of playing cards from wherever. But if you can't find them, then a magnet, pen or anything else would be fine too.

My favorites would be maps,postcards,cheap plain t-shirts with name of city/town(size medium),enamel pins,actually anything! Really like vintage/used/old stuff of the above - good way to save $$.

Suggestions for me: market tote, either local or made by you/ some humorous tourist item/ anything used or from a thrift store with a touristy design/ whatever you see and think would be good!
