Description:
Make one 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC using the pretty design from the inside of a security envelope. This is to cover the entire ATC. Finish it anyway you want but, include a used postage stamp. Add a sturdy backing with your SB info & mail in a protective sleeve.
