This is a US swap. 1 partner, 1 atc made by you that is a Halloween theme atc but done in kawaii style! ATCs should be sturdy and correctly sized (2.5 inches x 3.5 inches). Please cover at least 75% of the atc with your artwork. Any medium is acceptable EXCEPT do not use a sticker or washi tape for your main design element(s), You can draw, paint, stencil, stamp, collage, stitch your heart away but don't slap a sticker on there and call it an atc.
