You will have one partner for this swap --- send a store bought or nicely handmade Valentine's Day card with a flat surprise. You will also be decorating the envelope --- you can use stickers, rubber stamps, collage, washi tape - or any medium you wish. Using a holiday-related postage stamp would be fun, but is not required.
