CPG-N: Postcard from your pantry: US

Craft supplies: an X-acto knife or a similar knife, a ruler, an empty cereal box or a similar cardboard box from your recycling bin, a dark pen like a thickish marker (though not as thick as a fine Sharpie), and a postcard postage stamp.

The official USPS dimensions for a postcard are:

• At least 3-1/2” high X 5” long X 0.007” thick.
• No more than 6” high X 9” long X 0.016” thick

Find a nice picture on your box and rough out the size of your postcard with the marker. Cut out the postcard with your knife and ruler.

On the back, write:

• The swap name, A postcard from my pantry
• A note saying why you bought this grocery item
• Sign it with your name and/or username
• Address the card to your partner
• A tiny return address label, if you have one
• Slap on the postcard postage stamp

Drop your postcard in the mailbox and then click the ...sent... link.

Voila! For the cost of a postcard postage stamp and a few minutes of your time as well as your sense of humor you receive another rating!
