This swap is for the small size rolodex cards: 2.5 inches vertically and 4 inches horizontally. The theme is very much a "sender's choice" collage, with the addition of a Tim Holtz paper doll. I found the swap graphic on one of Margarete Miller's Pinterest boards, and the artist is Anja Weterings on Instagram. So much inspiration!

Do we decorate both sides of the Rolodex?

Yes, but we don't need to fully decorate the back side...just something that ties in with the main design on the front. If you want to decorate the back fully, there will be no complaints, but it isn't a requirement.
