I love writting letters and want more snail mail penpals. You will write a long letter two pages typed or hand written. For a heart add a few stickers. Newbies are welcome. Must have a completely filled out profile. International swap. Must have 4 ratting. No flakers. I will check and banned if you seem fishy. Each person should have at least two letters by the deadline. Please rate your partners upon receving your first letter.

that does seem like a REALLY long time to write a couple letters, hopefully everyone will be quicker about it!
Also, for hearts, I think hosts just post that so you have an idea about possible extras for hearts. Most people know you can't guarantee hearts, I think it's more a suggestion!

I addmit that is a long time for a couple of letters, I just thought if people were on vacation they would have more to write about when they come back from vacation.
