Love to experiment in the kitchen? This swap is for you!

In this swap, you'll receive one partner, to whom you'll send a small package (up to $10 in value, before postage) of spices and sauces! Please also enclose a note to tell your partner about what you've sent, especially if the spice or sauce packaging is in a language that your partner may not read/understand. If you'd like, recipes that call for the spices and sauces you've sent are welcome, too!

Please read before you sign up:

  • This is, of course, an international swap. However, if you live in a country whose postal system will not accept/allow a package of spices and sauces in the mail, do not sign up!

  • If you live somewhere where the postal system has specific guidelines about what you can/can't receive, please list that below.

  • After the sign-up deadline, I will remove any swappers with ratings below 4.5. I will allow newbies whose profiles are sufficiently completed and who PM me to participate.

  • You may list any allergies below. Otherwise, you get what you get! :) That's the whole point! :)

Yum! This looks fun! I'm game for any excuse to shop at the gourmet store hehehe! I am allergic to almonds & walnuts, so it is best to stay away from nut ingredients for me. Thanks in advance to my partner!

No allergies, but Australia is very strict on its incoming foodstuffs rules. Basically, nothing fresh, and anything containing seeds and peels. No dried herbs or raw grains. A more complete list is here: http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/mail/cant-mail

Great for the continent-island, but not so much for swaps!

I have more spices than most spice stores... hehehe. I will share this enormous bounty. I live in the US. I'm sure we have some funky rules about spices. God knows, we have funky rules about everything here. I do not know where to go, but I'm sure you can find out. No sauces with citric acid, please. I'm allergic and it's a common preservative. Other than that, no problem! Even asian stuff with MSG is fine. Y'all should probably note if you're allergic to MSG, it's naturally occuring in some Asian foods.

I would prefer to get mostly all natural, or organic seasonings, just because my son is super sensitive to chemical preservatives. Thanks
