ok. i'm not exactly clear on what an ATC is. i understand it's an art trading card, but what is the media? obviously it can be sketched or painted, but what about mixed media such as a collage form? and where do i find sleeves for them?

Sleeves for ATC -- I save the clear plastic packaging from stuff I buy or cut up the 8 1/2" x 11" ATC holders to make individual holders.
