It seems a bit much (to me) to request something as private as a person's cell phone number for this swap and have people give them out to total strangers...

I just hope that whoever give theirs away realizes the possible negative implications of doing so as well as the positive. :/

instead of giving the cell phone number you could probably just put a yes or no that you have one and whether you like to text, perhaps the person doing the swap (its their first one), doesn't realize that
