For this swap you will have 2 partners whom you will send 2 matchboxes of your choice to. You can stuff your matchboxes with whatever you'd like just as long as it's all useful to your partner. I just started doing matchboxes and love them so I thought we would do a swap and see what other kinds we can collect :) Anyone with a 4.8 or higher rating please. Also newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile only, I will be going through profiles before partners are assigned. Thanks for looking. Now lets swap :)

I keep seeing tons of swaps for matchboxes but have never done any. They look cute. Is there a reason behind them or something or is it kind of like doing a tiny whimsy jar or something? Also, are they any good tutorials? I love doing papercrafts but have never given these a try. I do wonderful altered journals so I'm thinking I should be able to do a good job at this just need to make sure I do it properly so my partner is pleased, which is my goal.

You can get a 32 count matchbox and decorate it however you want to.You can buy them at the Dollar Store, Walmart or the grocery store.

The template matchboxes come out really cute and are super easy to make. I like them better than the actual matchboxes. You can decorate the whole box and you don't have that grayish cardboard side. Very easy to make your own using cardstock.

I would like to participate but I want to make shure I anderstand....Do we make 4 matchboxes in total( 2 for each partner )or is it only 1 matchbox per person?
