I would like to do an ATC in honor of the whale. You must have a rating of 4.8 or higher. Standard ATC size 2.5 x 3.5. Sturdy backing required. You can pick the kind of whale you want to make your ATC about. No flakers tolerated. Make an ATC that you would like to receive.
