Do I wait to rate people until after I've received all the lists? (I've gotten two so far) Because when I click on the link it comes up with all of my partners and I can't leave ratings to just two.

Sparky22 - you can rate straight away once you receive a list. you can go back at any time to rate people-your ratings get saved.
