Mix CD Scavenger Hunt 2009 v.5

Last one for 2009.

For this swap you will be creating cds. Each cd must contain a minimum of 15 songs (can contain more). Each song must fulfill one of the categories noted below. You must include a track listing as well as an explanation as to which category the song fulfills. (This time around you also HAVE to include an extra page in the package with a little story as to why you put certain songs with categories #s 3, 7, 17 and 18 (even just a sentence or two)).

You will have 2 partners and will be sending a cd to each partner.

Newbies are welcome. No unexplained recent ones and you must have signed into swapbot at least 2-3 days before I assign partners. This is international since postage should not be much.

Okay, those are the rules, now on to the categories:

1. A political song.
2. A song about someone who has died.
3. A song that reminds you of your childhood (under age 16).
4. A song that features the harmonica.
5. An indie song.
6. Your karaoke song choice.
7. A song that can change your mood instantly.
8. A song that you like to listen to when you’re feeling angry.
9. A song that would be good to listen to in the dark.
10. A song that was recorded the year that you were born.
11. A song that was recorded prior to 1950.
12. A song that has a job/career in the title.
13. A song about a kiss or with the word kiss in the title.
14. Your favourite Michael Jackson song.
15. A song that contains a curse word. (not necessarily in the title)
16. A song that has dessert mentioned in the title.
17. You have an entire afternoon to yourself with no responsibilities. What’s one song that you’d want to hear to start the afternoon off just right?
18. A song that you hated when it first came out, but then grew on you.
19. A boy band song.
20. A song with a colour in the title.
