Create an ATC that has an Asian flair to it for 2 partners - 1 ATC per partner. Plain and simple. All ATC Requirements apply. No ratings of 1 within last 6 months. Those having problems sending on time or having a problem following through because life has happened on the send by date, please do not sign up. This will be a non-excuse swap - you have lots of time to make the cards now and get the swap out on time, just as you would with your monthly bills.
