what about if the resolution of the photo file is too large to send to partner, do we then reduce it & send? also a person would want to protect their photo so a watermark or some other photo logo needs to be used to prevent someone from using the file as their own

Why is it so late in May? If people don't take their photos ahead of time, they will look pretty summer-y.

If you have problems, just email them the links to their private mail box on swap-bot, that's what I end up doing.
