Ever been green with envy? This is an envy dotee. So she/he will be totally green. All of the usual dotee rules apply, must have hanger and a tail. The face may have other colors than green if you wish.

If there is enough interest this will be a series. You know royal dotee will be purple, sunshine dotee will be yellow etc.
