Would beach glass count, or is that too "made by man" for this swap. I'm thinking it's been altered by nature, which is pretty cool. But if that's not what you are looking for, no problem - there's lots of nature out there!

Beach glass isn't quite what I'm looking for, although I thought of it. I realized that I wouldn't be "naturally found in nature"! Thanks for asking though.
