Kawaii ATC - Weather Theme!

This is the 1st of a whole series of kawaii ATCs I will be doing! We all have the potential to build ourselves quite a collection, as I plan to do a lot of these swaps for this series.

Theme: Weather!

Clouds, rainbows, raindrops, snowflakes, rain & umbrellas, sunshine, lightning, storms, dew drops, wind, hail... Feature one weather-related item or a dozen!

You can base the ATC off a known character, or make it entirely original.

ATCs should have a lot of handmade, hand-drawn qualities. Slapping a sticker or a piece of cut up memo sheet on a card does not count. Spend time on this adorable little work of art and create something you are proud of - something you would be thrilled to receive.

I will post the next card in the series in a couple of weeks... as long as there appears to be interest.

Feel free to suggest themes in the comments section! I am going to compile a bunch of them on strips of paper in a jar and draw one at random every 2-3 weeks to feature.
