This swap will be quick and simple:) You will have 1 partner! The point of this swap is to send some love and encouragement their way. Lord knows I need all I can get. So, here's what you do.... write a letter, write a note card send them something encouraging(like a quote, joke, something to put on their frig, or wall) and if you choose to do so, send them something extra that is ww approved( a recipe, a snack, a drink packet, etc.) Sound good?
