Because you say specifically "handwritten" I will hand write my poem but that is going to be a hardship to my partner and may make her hate the poem because of my unbeautiful writing. I really think, in this day and age about the only thing that can't be typed is a condolence card. I know it's nice to get penpal letters in handwriting but not if the writing is a pain to read. And mine is and gets worse year by year.

I undersand junemoon. What if you had the poem in handwriting...and included a printed copy as well? Always an option. :)
