You should move the send by date out a couple weeks to allow you plenty of time to assign partners and to allow people plenty of time to make the ATC's. Good luck! You should make 10 ATC's if you have 10 partners.

I will join this swap if the send by date allows for about 2 weeks, or if we only have 3 partners and 3 ATCs to make.

you should all have joined the swap last month called "I would join this swap if..." If you don't like the swap don't join.
