SueFitz: I haven't done very many of these ATC swaps. Does every single bit of the ATC - including embellishments - have to be blue? If I'm using a printed scrapbooking paper as my background, may it have a little white or other color in it, or does every bit of the whole thing need to be blue only? I mean, a blue printed paper will most likely have a little of another color or colors. And embellishments may have other colors in them, as well as blue. Please let us know; I don't want to be rated down because of breaking the rules. Thanks!

Yes you can have another color - if you background is mostly blue. You may use other colors to enhance the blue.
