Amount spent has to be $7 BEFORE shipping. No one with a 1 or 3 rating in the last 6 months for this swap, you also have to have at least 15 package swaps to join. Why do you have to have 15 type three swaps seeing as this is a type one? We order and then don't have to post it out ourselves, and aren't having to make anything so I don't see why there would have to be 15 type 3's?

because I feel if you can mail your packages off then you can manage to actually order things for someone and not flake. Just my rules, sorry
