new! And unused! they can be handmade if your partner says its ok! It doesnt HAVE to be handmade! But they HAVE to be unused!! x

i have a serious problem!!!!!!!! i went to the post office to mail my package and the lady at the desk told me there were new laws for shipping jewelry internationally. she checked my package to where it was going and told me the shipping would run somewhere from $11 - $13. i do NOT have that kind of money.

is there anyone in this swap who is within the UK and has a partner in the states. i will swap partners with you and we can both not pay astronomical shipping
